In January 2010, with the support of National Development and Reform Committee, Ministry of Industry and Information, Chinese Potevio Group signed a cooperation agreement with Yun Shu Media Co,Ltd to promote DTMB standard in Laos.
 
In April 2010, the equipment of terrestrial digital television project were sent to Laos. Our engineers went to Laos to install, test and integrate the system. It was planned of this system that TV signal will cover thousands of subscribers in the capital city of Laos by the end of May. There are 5 frequencies in the whole system, which are able to transmit 45 sets of digital TV programs. At present, there are covering nearly 30 thousands subscribers.

On July 8th 2010, Dr. Camp Weng Dalla, Vice Minister of Literary Department in Laos, visited Chinese Potevio Group. During the meeting, Dr. Camp Weng Dalla expressed his gratitude for our strong support on DTV technology and DTV products. He also hoped that DTMB standard could be applied everywhere in Laos such as Wan Xiang Province, Shawan Naji Province, Pakse Province and Louangphabang Province. If the standard succeed in being tested in the other 4 Provinces except Wan Xiang province, the government of Laos will announce that Chinese terrestrial digital television standard is adopted at the meeting of literary department in ASEAN in 2011 and they will recommend this standard to other members of ASEAN.
