On August 21, 2012,  Professor Yang Zhixing, the director of DTVNEL，met with Mr. B.N.Satpathy, the visiting economic adviser of India Communications and Information Technology Department, both sides had a heated discussion on the topics of DTMB-A technology research and development cooperation, and reached broad consensus.
 

Li Shuai, the deputy director of the High-tech Industry Division of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Mr. Prasanna Shrivafara, the second secretary of India embassy in China， accompanied the visit, and Professor Pan Changyong，Professor Luo Xunfu of DTVNEL attended the above activities.
