On September 25^th 2010, the Vice Minister of Cuban Communication Ministry was invited by Chinese National Development and Reform Commission to visit China and be going to discuss and exchange the technical details of Chinese DTMB standard applied in Cuba. From 2010 November 8^th to 18^th, a delegate composed of five Cuban technical experts came to Beijing, Qingdao, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Hongkong to make a field test and technology communication for DTMB standard. They are very satisfied with the test result of Chinese terrestrial digital television system on site. They also expressed that they would send a report to Cuban Communication Ministry once they going back their country and promote Cuban government to adopt Chinese DTMB standard. It is expected that Cuba would adopt DTMB standard to deploy a terrestrial digital television transmission system in May or June 2011.
